Delta Dinamo is the main repair yard for tugboats and other watercraft in Snugboat Harbor It is where Boomer was refitted to be a houseboat and also the place where the Diesel Tug was being built in the shiphouse. A large crane (reused from Big Mickey's model) also resides here. It is located beside the Seaplane Hanger.
In the original TUGS, it was known as "Lucky's Yard". No effort was made to cover up the original name, as it is still clearly visible above where the Diesel Tug is being built.
