Delta Dinamois the main repair yard for tugboats and other watercraft in Snugboat Harbor It is where Boomer was refitted to be a houseboat and also the place where the Diesel Tug was being built in the shiphouse. A large crane (reused from Big Mickey's model) also resides here. It is located beside the Seaplane Hanger.
